ADR, Sound Design and Music - Demos with Video

Meg 2: The Trench - A little bit of everything

For demonstration purposes only. Here's a clip from Meg 2: The Trench, (2023) containing ADR (A big thank you to Brittany Fahel and Chris-Mari Van Wyk for their voice overs. Yours truly is in there too doing a little yelling here and there). This project was undertaken in early 2025 in the studio. I did the sound design, music, and I completed the remix in my home studio.

Meg 2: The Trench - Foley

Includes sources from a vast library of sounds as well as recorded material using dynamic cardioid microphones in the studio. I look forward to leveraging this experience in forthcoming opportunities.

Sound Design

I love experimenting with sounds. Layering samples from multiple sources, and adding a little processing here and there to create a blend that sounds just right is the most satisfying part.

Sound Design and FX

The Dry and Flat - Before

When the dialogue stands alone, especially in a children's animation, absent  ambience, atmospheric or special effects, it really loses its engagement factor. Don't believe me . . .? Check out the before. This sample contains dialogue only, and then take a look at the "after" next door.

When Animation Comes Alive With Sound

Prepared as part of the Institue's Audio Post curriculum. Source . . .  Urban Vermin, Episode 1-14 (2007) Produced by Decode Entertainment. Using Pro Tools exclsuively, the alleys come alive with the sounds of footsteps, whooshes, splats, pops, and blasts.
